BZ350 printing copytrack data

Hi all does anyone know how to print copytrack account data from the machine when a hard drive is fitted?
It never seems to work. I get the customers to use pswc and print from there but just wondered if there was a way to print data from the machine. Thanks in advance...

you can use PageScope Data Administrator. PSWC is the easiest way to print copy track data. I'd never find how to print copy track data from the machine.
