bizhub 250 scan to folder

I am a bizhub 250 user. i already set up the printing driver, which is very OK.
I wonder bizhub 250 have a scan to folder(SMB) or scan to email funtion.
Do i need something set up in the machine in order to use this function or
These function is buit in the machine, so i can use without any additional kit.
If i need the kit for thes functions, what do i need to do?

There is not an extra kit needed for this machine to scan. You just need to have the scan settings input into the machine

Scan to FTP is the best and easiest to use. You can download the utility from the Konicaminolta site. After running the install program you just set up a folder on the root directory and browse to it with the setup utility. All you have to do after that is set up a one-touch button on the machine and direct it to "\" (root). You set up where to put the file in the setup utility. Keep authentication set for anonymous. I think the download comes with instructions also.
