First, try to use other browser like Firefox. I had trouble accessing web interface because of "strange" browsers like Safari.
There is also possibility to disable access to web interface in an administrator settings:
[Administrator Setting] ->[Network Setting]->[Detail Setting]->[PSWC Setting]-> Enable/Disable - there should be set to "Enable" to access web interface.
If you have Fiery connected to your copier, there is similar setting in system configuration to enable/disable access to web interface.
