    bizhub C220

    Hi everyone,
have you ever any experience on bizhub C220? I cannot find FTP Utility in bundling CD of bizhub C220. There are 4 CDs with title : CD Driver Vol 1, CD Driver Vol 2, PageScope Utility & USer guide CD. I tried to find FTP Utility in all CDs but I couldn't find it.
Is KM not provided KM FTP Utility anymore? or maybe some of you here have any solution?
    Any respond will be appreciate.
Thank you and have a nice day.

Hmmm.... I don't see it on KM's web site. I could have SWORN I just downloaded it off there a few weeks ago. AHHH come to think of it, I bet I was logged in when I looked. I don't see anything on the customers side of there web site.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I have tried that ftp utility unless its been updated since I last tried but I could never seem to get it to work on vista or windows 7 maybe it was just me. I didnt think it has been updated in a very long time wasnt it for the old konica b&w machines like the 7222 maybe I'm wrong.

What programs are you guys using for ftp ? Just after really basic features for each customers machine to use just click and go sorta stuff.

Try to work with FileZilla, the little brother of Mozilla Firefox. It is free and it is exactly what you need. Donload it from here: FileZilla - The free FTP solution

I use CuteFTP myself. Works great.

I'm not talking about KM's website. My points at 4 CD's bundled in the machine. There is no FTP Utility inside.

Why you insisted on having the FTP utility in the CD.

If the above posts are not your answer, what solution do you expected?

Thats why I asking the question. Maybe KM have a new way to setup scan to FTP without FTP Utility. And my customer asked that question.
                  Thank you for all respond.

No matter what new software is introduced, the same technology (FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol) is applied.

The link about FTP, please have a look:
