[Jamming] Konica 7155 ADU showing false jam

Hi, I need help on a 7155 showing a jam in the document feeder; I believe it's #14 that was on the display. New Customer, and I did not have the service mode procedure with me; I will be returning to the Customer.
There are no paper sheets or fragments in PU area or registration; interlocks are are all actuating for main body and ADU sensors actuators are free. I need to know from the konica devotees as to which specific sensor is likely to go bad or if there are any updates on this unit that i might need to be aware of?

There are a few things to look at on this DF. 1)If you lift the DF there is a black guide on the left that is held on by three screws. Remove it and clean it and the sensors under it, there are three sensors. 2)There are two oneway gears at the back of the feed section. One is on the main cover at the back the other is on the black lift up guide under the cover. 3)The last thing is the micro switch under the front cover that tells the machine when the main cover is closed. It will cause jams when it is failing. The jam code indicates that the main cover was opened during copying.(I am not sure of the jam code). Also check for the usual staples. paperclips and worn rollers.
