Bizhub c500- fussy text on colored background

I need help!!!
I get perfect black text on plain white background, but anytime there is colored background even on pictures, text will showed blurred shadow below and this is giving me a lot of concern.
Somebody help me please.

If you do not know what to do then better, call a service tech.
