Bizhub 600 write unit

Almost every time I PM one of these, I have to go back into the drum section and pull the charge unit out to fix this problem. It looks fine going back in, but within 200 copies, I am pulling developer, or have CQ issues. Any tips on the correct way of replacing the charge unit so these problems don't pop up? Emujo

The write unit tested fine, then I found that the charge was touching the drum and causing the problem.

have you ever try to replace the write unit? or try to check your drum & developing unit.

This machine with almost 2,000,000 on it started codeing 4704 and making the copies coming out dark grey all over, almost as dark as the text. I have pulled the write unit and will put it in another 600 tomorrow to test it. Has anyone else had an issue with this code?
