I\'ve got a Konica Minolta C350 that\'s giving me problems. The display keeps saying to replace the Ozone Filter /Paper Dust Remover which I\'ve already replaced. Does anyone know how to clear and/or reset this message?

I think you have to go into service mode and then go to
counters. it should give a option for consumables or life
or something like that. If you go into that it should list
the counters on all the consumables. If you highlight
the filter count and then press the clear key on the op panel
it should clear the counter to zero. Sorry I can\'t be more specific
but I don\'t have a machine in front of me.

You go into tech rep mode and select counters after that select life counters and reset the dust proofComment
