    [Jamming] Bizhub C360 Jamming tray1

Hey guys I have a C360 with intermittent jams out of tray 1. First time working on this model and I don't have a service manual for it just yet. I've been through all the usaual suspects as far as removing cleaning and putting back together. Still same problem. Paper makes it out fo the tray and stops rite at the vertical sensor flag. All other trays work just fine. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Thanks Big Papa for your reply. Yes I'm getting 1144 jam codes, but is there any other solution than replacing the whole feed assembly? Is there a clutch or spring or oneway that could be replaced instead of the whole feed head?

Not sure on that. We had a new placement start this right after install and this is SSD's solution, so we are doing it under warranty. Part has been on back order for awhile now, not sure what they changed, will examine it when we ever get it.

The clutches nearly always cause this problem. We remove and clean the clutches in both feed units and this cures this 99 percent of the time...

Thanks guys.. I actualy just got back from the account and thats what I did. Last time I just looked at the clutches and blew them out since they were not making any unusual noise and cleaned the oneways and shafts and rollers. But today I took the clutch apart cleaned it and swaped oneways from feed to pick up and ajdusted the tension on the sep assembly spring and now it's running fine. Thanks again....

Thanks ... I saw those springs and they were on correctly. Haven't heard from them at all since I was there last. What kind of mods have been done?

                      Hello Folks

Handy post for me this one.

I'm about to go back to a 280 which is having 11-44 jam codes. The M/C has only been in there 3 weeks. I couldn't get it to jam when I was there (usual story) so am gonna go for info I pulled of konica info-hub which states over tightening of the wiring loom. Looked OK on inspection but possibly split wire inside the sheath. I'm now armed with your info too, so thanks guys. I will attach the info I have also.

                      Will keep you posted!!

Fitted the loom today and give the clutch a clean out. Ran 750+ through tray one. Not one jam! Looks like its sorted, but you never know right techies!!
