Working on c350, had code c1265 a couple of times, but went away with power off/on. Now prints ok, internal prints ok. Copies have no image with black lines. Tech support told me to initalize and clear data:
(service mode - sys 1 - initalization - data clear) I think these instructions are for c450 because c350 does not have (sys 1). Any help?
