error code 1183 develop ineo+251

hello guys i have a problem of the machine develop ineo+251 theres an error code of 1183 when i remove the finisher the error code was gone, and the problem guys i dont now where exactly in the finisher that i will check which part was having a problem the finisher is moving when i turn on the machine. please help me guys this machine i think same in bizhub c252.

the error only is 1183 no specific text or instruction below but anyway i already fix the problem when i check the finisher i found out that the tray was not firmly connected or fix on the finisher because theres a screw on the both side of the tray thats why when the finisher initiated or initialized the sensor from the exit cannot detect the tray, i removed the tray and then the screw then put it back again the tray then screw it in the both side, then turn on the mchine the code was gone its ok now.
