    Hard Drive Clear C352 & 750

    I work mostly on Canon machines but have a customer that has a C352 and a 750 that they would like to have the hard drives cleared before they send back to the leasing company. What procedure would work best for clearing out any memory stored on the hard drives? Any help would be appreciated.

      you can reformat the harddrive via tech rep mode. or delete partition from your pc

          Under ADMIN/SECURITY/HDD SETTINGS/OVERWRITE ALL DATA. Mode 1 should suffice. I tried mode 5 once and 3 hours later it was still overwriting data. Customer should be aware that once this is accomplished the MFP should no longer be used in their buisness. Emujo
