Konica C6500 error c2813

Does anyone have any thoughts on error code c-2813?

I have tried changing the drums, charging coronas and cleaned the Drum potential sensors- and still errors out.
Is there is a quick workaround to this problem?

Machine has 620k prints.

If I need to change the HV detecting sensor assembly- How do I need which one is the bad one? Do i Have to change all 4? Or is there a test in service mode to determine which sensor is bad?

The 13 in 2813 tells you it's Cyan drum pot sensor, you can swop these around to prove ie: moving to Magenta should change code to 2812.
BK=14
Yellow=11

There was a post for this already. If you swapped out units and cleaned sensors then your internal values are screwed up. You need to either tone up or down. What happened prior to code?

Does anyone have any thoughts on error code c-2813

i inter changed Developing units even though the error code was same and i replaced new developing unit and charging units, drums also
and also same problem and i done P.M procedure all parts. same problem. plz any body give good soluation.

2813....error related to execss charge on drum beyond specified value
Solutions.....1) clean HV contacts (back side of the processor unit)



2) color correction unit IDC senswe

3)'developer change as developers purge due to PM or may be contamination..or over toned.

Since you have already changed the other necessary pm
Parts.
Recall the standard values and start from initial settings to get rid of this error

No real quick fix, I would swap out the toner in the developer add some new one after a good cleaning of the area surrounding the developer.
