CF2002 Controller CN3102e Software

Hi, I have a KM cf2002 with a cn3102e print controller that just started re booting. It prints buy continuously re boots. Has anyone got the software cd with the boot.efi & system software on. or can send a link to download. I have access to KM tech site but cant find the software on it.
