Problem With ic 402 (c351)

Hi,

when i rest factory my Fiery(ic402) i cant print more than one copy

for example : when send 3 copy of a ducument only machine send a one copy of document

Please help

I had one do this and it required a o/s reload on the fiery to fix it.
