Try using the postscript driver - are you using PCL cos it sounds like your customer may be ?

Make sure the Adobe Reader doesn't have the 'print as image' selected. This will slow printing by about a 20:1 factor.

          Does it have a fiery?

If so there is one specific patch that needs to go on LAST.

            PostScript chip ?

Is there a postscript chip option that can be installed on the print board ?

With all due respect, in addition to the previous comments:

It would be a colour C350 if it were to have a Fiery and it's only older Konica products that have a PostScript chip fitted to the NIC.

              Thanks for your input guys.

                    Advanced

Usually on the bottom left of the print dialog (not in properties)

                        Also watch out for

Watch for PDF's that are scans rather than acrobat documents. These are images and regardless of if print as image is selected or not it will print slowly as each page IS and image rather than just text.

Not being able to select text is dead give away it is an scanned image.

Upgrade the unit to ver 70 then make sure to select printer in the user mode instead of copier. This will make it print much faster.

what kind of pdf version is printed. Version 1.5 / 1.6 or 1.7. If version 1.5 and down is used download pdf direct print utility from the konica minolta site and try printing pdf. you dont need any pdf viewer or software to print. Just right click the file needed to print select pdf direct print and its atleast 5 times faster than any other software printing
