copies with square boxes on konica 7033

Gud day to all! I have this reconditioned machine that I already have checked the konica 7033. The problem was the copies produced have square boxes on a similar pattern. I adjust the developing bias on the 36 mode and was fixed then. Then I received a call to the same machine and had the same problem. Can somebody give some inputs on what to check? Thanks in advance.

Make sure the ozone filters in the left hand side and rear of the machine are clean, the mirror above the drum for the laser unit is clean and the laser unit internally is clean also.
