    [Misc] Service password reset

    Hi everyone!!
    Can anybody help me with that?
    I found a machine with a unknown tec service password!!
    How can i reset and input a new!!
    Sorry about my poor english!

    Go to Tech rep mode. Select "Administrator # Initialize" and press Yes.
    Try it.

      Hi he ask for tech rep password not the admin password

        Hi you have to load a much earlier version of firmware on the machine i think it is version 17(not to sure) that doesnt require a password in service mode.There is no other way of doing it, sorry.

          What do you know about the jumpers on the memory port??
          Can i use this for the same purpose??

              what i know that the passowrd of the service mode is registred in the NVRAM and if want to clean u have to send it to konicaminolta center or
              if u want to change some of parametres u have to try an other nvram
              ok

                Thanks for your response.
                Another technician told me about the 2 jumpers. I don't know how to use exactly!!
                One of these it could initialize the nvram.
                What do you about that??
