C500 Crashes MAC OS X.5 Apps when trying to print
this is an old issue, I have a customer(luckily a good/understanding one) that has both an 8050 with S300 and a C500 pro with an IC405 all pcs and 1 MAC. about 6 months ago they upgraded Mac os to x.5 and when they loaded the C500 driver and try toprint it dumps.
ex.
open PDF in Acrobat Pro 8 or 9 and select print from c500 acrobat crashes as do any of the CS programs(latest and greatest), also MAC MAIL will quite or crash. ended up uninstalling the driver
8050 has no problems and the drivers are older.
fiery is system 2, downloaded and installed current drivers from KM for 10.5, cust will not upgrade to SNOW LEAPORD 10.6 which is about the only fix i can find anywhere!
any other ideas?
