    bizhub 160 black copies

    so the scanner tries to work. but no light. copies are pitch black. and the copier comes up with a code. wront tc? is this just a simple change out of the image reader/scanner? when you shut it off it does work however. crazy thing. thanks for any help.

          Just make sure that the connection from the scanner to the main body is correctly inserted.

          I have had a couple with a dodgy connection even though the connector looks like it is connected correctly.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
