    [Error Code] BIZ pro 920 sc49-01

    any idea about error code sc 49-01 in bizhub 920.....

      the code relates to the ic 203 on the back of the machine the description is as follows

      SC49-01*1 The communication from IC-203
      to the overall control board
      (OACB) is blocked.
      The main body
      stops immediately
      to turn OFF
      the main relay
      (RL1).
      VI
      Try switching off from mains and restart from complete power isolation.

          Had one last week do this. It was corrupt firmware on the IC-203. You may have to re-format the CF card and re-load the firmware...

              people thanks to all...
              the problem is solved ..-only disconected de IC 203 from de machine;clean it inside disassemble de board OACB and assemble again few minutes later...I think this work like a reset.......
