Can anyone maybe post a download link for VxWorks in order for us to format our CF cards.

You should be able to get the Image of the Firmare from Konica Minolta. Being that the file is an image, the format of the card will follow the image.

Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
