A lot of times on a kONICA, it is looking for toner when it is warming up. It will stick on please wait, if the patch sensor for the drum is dirty.

Excactly what fixthecopier says , only had this on the 2 sensors being dirty, no toner or toner gear broken on the supply unit.

Fix is right! I had one yesterday, when I removed the drum carriage and the cover the cleaning section was overflowing with toner I rescheduled for a recycle clutch and all is well. Of course cleaning the sensors solved the warm up issue, I just wanted to point out in my case the sensors were polluted due to a bad clutch.

I tried to clean the drum sensors but still "Now warming up". Then I try to replace the drum sensors and still the same problem.
Any other solutions? Thank you for responding.

This can also be caused by outdated/corrupt firmware. Try updating your machine to the latest firmware using a USB Thumb Drive... This is 99.9% of the time the aforementioned sensors though. Double and triple check them.
