    white spot on c552 !!!!

    customer complain sometimes there is like white spot on part of the paper print i try to clean the transfer

    belt and roller transfer and make stabilizer and gradiation it's not help it's heppend even on paer a3 80gr

    the machine count is 50000 almost new the consumbel's image's and belt look good 20% life ?

    Try a solid black copy. Your picture shows black is real weak. I think

      are these 8.5 x 11 single sided copies? does it repeat on 1 copy? consecutive copies?

        yes it's single side copy it's not repeat on every copy but when i print from the test pattern it's shows almost on every color in the same place

            I'd pull the transfer belt and look it over. could be a crack starting.

              i pull the transfer belt and clean the belt with alcohol nothing change mybey try to play with the voltage of first and second transfer ?

                I agree with rprem, looks like a belt problem. Are you sure there is not a ding in it?

                  if u have another machine u just interchange the belt and check it out
