When sending print jobs to the machine while it is in sleep mode (in the morning) the maching hangs in "warming up" and you must switch the main sw off/on and all the jobs in the job list are lost.
Customer have 4 x C220 but are only complaining about this on one of them.
As a temporary measure we have disabled sleep mode.
Have anyone seen this?
