Have you changed the developer/starter as well as the drum? You also need to clean out all the old waste toner from the recycler in the image unit. You really would be better with a manual so that all the settings are to hand

before reset you must change the starter ,the drum and the cleaning blade....
after that tou must run the ""ATDC adjust""............finaly reset counters ...
