    [Misc] Magenta Bacground while copying Bizhub C 352

    Hi,
    while copying colour copies magenta background comes on copies as well as even only when machine is made on or even when the transfer belt is clean and when the machine runs again the transfer belt is full with magents toner.
    Can anyone please help and say where the problem lies.

      Megenta unit corona unit problem so open the unit and clean complete unit and put it back otherwise to confirm the problem just replace the top unit of the imaging unit with yellow unit,ok all the best

          Check to ensure the image unit is seated properly inside. Check the bias connector tabs to to make sure they are not damaged. Check them for continuity to their termination points. Check the HV connections along with the board. Swap the HV board.

              Swap laser units M with say C. I had this problem recently. Turned out to be bad connectors on MFP board. Could also be bad connectors on laser or laser interface board.
