    Bizhub 161 with PCL errors and garbled prints

    Anyone got this on one of these machines? Colleague updated the firmware and reinstalled drivers, and at first it seemed to take care of it, but customer called back saying it's starting to do it again.

      What about trying new/more memory? I have had this problem on the old Di152 when customer was duplexing a big file, memory upgrade did the fix.
