    Konica Minolta C652

    Konica Minolta C652 Fax/scan button and User box button does not work. if you press the buttons you only hear two beeps and nothing else happens. tried to restart the machine, uninstalled and installed the fax option on the machine but still nothing. anybody got an idea? thanx

      Check and see if the hard drive was uninstalled in service mode.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Agreed with the Treky. Install the hard drive in service. did you recently upgrade the firmware? I have had a few uninstall after.
