c220 pc fax

I have a new install on a bizc220 and the customer wants to use the pc fax \network fax option.
The old network fax software does not seem to work with the new models because it comes with the fax driver but there is no error sent to the user if the fax does not go thru. Does anyone know a work around or a compatable network fax program available? For now having the customer verify thru web browser and job history.

Only two ways I can think of are to turn on the transmission report for pc faxing (just like walk up confirmation report) or turn on email and send an email message. Email will only work to a central account not an individual.

Thank you for the help. Where would you turn on the email report? It is not a choice under status notification and the report just prints a report at the machine which is on a different floor from the client. I have looked thru service and operators manuals and asked tech support and can't find the setting.
