[Misc] C353 full color backround copies

I have one c 353,in that the copy is coming with full cyan backround.i opened the hv unit and cleaned allthe hv terminals,now instead of cyan backround its giving magenta full backround copies.what would be the problem,please suggest.

the print heads give this sort of fault , replace whole set recommended
