    Bizhub C 252 code

    hi i have a c252 that is giving a code CD370, the code is not in the service manual and the m/c has zero all the counters. the customer had a lot of power dips this morning. can any one help me plaese

      Multiple errors (Over 5) are detected by the abnormal check of each NVRAM data. Try a RESET
