[Error Code] Error code c-13c8 after new transfer belt fuse

Hi all, my machine is down and hopefully someone can help. I got a message on my Bizhub C350 telling me to change the transfer belt. So I did some reading and changed the fuse in the transfer belt unit. When I reinstalled it, the machine came back with the error code c-13c8. Can someone tell me what this code is and how can I clear it?

A new installation is not detected when a new Transfer Cleaner Unit (Image Transfer Belt Unit) is installed.
Change PWB-MC,.........................is the Control Board (PWB-MC)

Thank you for the reply. I'm happy to report that it's alive! And I must admit that I trusted someone where you should always double check. I purchased the fuses from a source I normally don't use. Needless to say, he gave me the wrong fuses. I received 800ma instead of 80ma fuses. Once the correct fuse was in place, it fired right up. Again, thanks for your help.

I was just gonna mention to ensure your fuse is the correct value...that code is related to it not popping when it should. 1/16th Amp pico fuses.
