c451 start button in red

Hi

I have c451 gives p 14 which is for skew correction,but the machines start button is always red in color so that i cannt do anything even copying, while in display screen it shows ready to copy,but the start buton is red.If anybody can help.

Try to do "Trouble Reset" shutdownd the machine and hold down utlity conter and turn on the machine. After few seconds in second screen will apear with one boutton Trouble reste. press ok and restarts. give a try hope will work....

see if you have added everyone group on shaer folder. check in advance and normal setting if you have done.

Thankyou mr.aligis for your valuable reply,i solved that problem.It was from the icp2 fuse blown out in the interface board.i changed that icp2 and it started working fine.
