    bizhub 920

    i have bizhub 920 and its show me the error C41-01.
    how can reset this error and reslove te problem

      It relates to the scanner home sensor (PS1)

              If it happens at start up it could be the DCPS/2 or the scanner driver board

                  Unplug it, take off the glass and move the scanner over about 6~8 inches and then put the glass back on and fire it up. If the scanner doesn't move back to it's home position ya got a problem witht the svanner drive.
                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
