I had cheacked every thing for a code of c204 in c350 machine. can I dissable the second tray or solve it.help me please

Per my Kyocera manual(KM-C2230 is the same as the C350)... Yellow PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction. It doesnt state a reset, so perhaps the IU just needs to be replaced. I believe this is the model that has alittle hole on the inner front cover(right side), to insert a paperclip, which reset service codes. This may have to be done as well, or give the reset a try first. It may just be a random, resetable code..

Holesaletech27 is right, in the konicaminolta C350 tech manual that code is the yellow pc drum charge corona malfunction. Try to reset or change yellow pcu.
