part number needed

I have a FS503 finisher which needs the up down gear replacing, item 30 on page 4 of the parts list. I have now got the part but looks like it has been modified and replaced with part number15JK770200KC, the only trouble is that the origional bushings that went with the old gear do not fit the new item, these are item 29 on the parts list and are shown as 0900 7553 0, the question is what is the correct part number for the bushes that go with the new gear,

Well, somewhere there is a misunderstanding. According to KM there is no modified part for this type of finisher (FS-503) and the original part 14JS77020 has not been changed. As for the bushings they now have an other pn (14QH75530) but according to the information there is no change in shape and material (it's only parts number compatibility to other models). Now why did you get the part with the number 15JK770200, this is the question.

Thanks for that, I will dig a bit deeper to see why i recieved the subbed part.

The part has been actually modified but not for this kind of finisher. Did you make that clear when you ordered it? I think this was the problem.
