what i have to do,clean the i u unit. or replease i u (but it is only25000 copies life)

Assuming this is a C350, you can attempt to clean the charge corona using the blue wand attached to the Yellow unit by pulling it in and out.
Failing that, replace the whole unit with a new one if you are not a tech.

I replaced imaging unit but it is showing same

Before fiddling with the machine's boards and wiring, have you checked the contacts at the back of the machine to see if they're making proper contact with the IU?

Changing the imaging unit is the 3rd step in correcting this fault. The 1st and 2nd step need to be completed before changing the IU.

It is likely one of the contacts.
