bizhub 163 how to reset c0500?

Hy!
I have a bizhub 163 and when is start show call for service c0500 and shut down it self.

this came up after paper jam. a remouve paper, power off machine and: error

how can i reset this error? i don thin the fuzer is broken, the copier has only ~50.000 pages.

BizHub c350: Photo of Reset button location

Thought I would post a photo of where the reset button is as I'm sure there are plenty of stupid people out there myself included who will spend 20min + looking for the magical reset button, doubting if this mystical button even exists.
