    Bizhub c450 - flashing start button

    I Recently moved this unit Bizhub C450 to another office and now all that happens is the start button flashes and will the unit will not make copies or prints-- any suggestions to try ?? Thanks

    Call a local service tech to troubleshoot this. Likely you did something wrong like unplugged something when the main power was still enabled.

          your PWB-SIF board is dead...happens all the time when options are disconnected before machine is properly shut down and unplugged from the outlet.

            Since the MFP was moved, the fax board (if installed) may have backed out of its slot. BTW, if you are a KM tech you should be able to access all this info on the knowledge base...might save you some time in the future. Emujo

              We have the same problem on a C253, also after the customer moved the machine to a new loctaion.
              So far we have checked the connection to the total counter and changed MFP Controller PWB and Printer Controller PWB.
              Will try Power Supply next, or does anyone have another suggestion?
