Bizhub C220 jams in heater

We have several Bizhub C220 in different environments, who also have been sold on very different times. All of them has suddenly started to jam (within a week of eachother), and the paper stops in the heater area.

Any idea of what this could be?

We have not received the modification parts yet, so I can't say if they solve the problem.

Thank you. Seems like my problem. I also noticed waterdrops on several of the papers.
