    J92-01 on Konica minolta 1050

today we meet a big problem. When we print duplex more than one page, the first page has been outputed and the other pages are jamed in the convert roller(when the second page arrived, the roller didn't roll at all)
then the copier show J92-01.but the sigle side print is no problem.the problem only happen in duplex mode

I changed ADU DRIVE Board, but the problem isn't solved.I check the moter M12 and all the gear, roller, senser, they are ok.

    who can help me?

Look at this example, in general these issues are very simple, try to look at the paper ticket, it is common to find small pieces of paper to stop the passage of paper, check all sensors in addition to the PS48-PS46 may have dirt this is also common to happen.

Ok on this model B601/750 and the like, there is mylar you need to replace or just remove on the u channel shaped bracket holding 2 driven rollers on the bottom of the ADU at the entrance leaving the fuser. These things fail like clockwork at around 350K it gets eaten thru by paper leaving edges for the paper to catch on.

On the 920/950 this happens when the exit sensor is dirty. you would think its where the jam says it would be, but 1st take off the finsiher, and duplex see if its codes...

if it does it the exit sensor if it doesnt then it the entrance sensor on the finisher.

1050 has tons of fixes and mods, make sure your machine is somewhat up to date.

also what is your meter at? high volume machines are notorious for having duplex only issues...

Take a look at what position paper stop. With jammed paper make a corresponding test from Service Mode - Machine condition for sensors, it can be dead. Also you may need to replace rollers, especially if machine print more than 10 millions copies without "6 millions TO".

Sorry to bring this topic back up, but the same jam code started to show up a 1050 I am servicing. I did change M12 and M15 motors. I did check all the paper sensors in the ADU and they are working.
There was no conclusion in this thread what might seem to be the problem.
