developer problem konica-minolta bizhub 251

I replaced new developer for konica-minolta bizhub 251,but it wont run continously,it stops and run for few seconds and stop again,error lits up on the panel,is it possible that developer is the cause or the sensor. anybody can gave me advise for this problem.whats the exact model for developer of this model?thanks

Are you sure it's a 251? I don't recall there being a 251.

What error code did you get?

the error indicator in the panel lits up after maybe 3 sec and stops,and after few minutes statrs again and stops.the calibration cant be completed.
