Ohh... I think that's the one that cools the fuser. It's been a while since I worked on that box. Umm... try just reseting the code. Open the front door and just below the blue handle (to the right of the black toner) in the SQUARE HOLE (not the round one) hit the reset button with a ball point pin and see if it will reset and fire back up for you.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it. -
