in one of one costomers machine demo page is not showing,eventhou print reports.how can it appear in utility mode

Look in utility mode...USER/PRINTSETTINGS/PRINT REPORTS...demo page may be diabled here. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals. -

sometimes the machine gets stupid and part of the menu gets hidden, similar to what happens when someone is printing a job to the machine (though in that case, it is normal).

If you're trying to print the demo page and only the config sheet and/or PCL PS font lists are showing, then go back into the path I posted and look to see if DEMO page has been disabled..possibly all prints have been disabled.
