Hope someone's seen this. Doc feed will not drop pick up roller. Clutches and rollers seem good. If we press on bracket, it will usually fall. Thanks in advance.

had a couple of di1610 BH160. doing the same thing. Seems the separation pad has a lot to do with it. We replaced the pad and the friction started it working. -
this is correct, I would check the sep pad, make sure it is in contact with the feed roller. It is possble for the pad to get pushed down too far and have it lock into this lower position. when in this position the PU roller will not dropComment
