    Ditto

We are having the exact same issue. We have two models of Bizhub printers and about half of them the secure print works perfectly and the other half give us the "failed to authenticate" error when we try to get the job from the printer. We are using the exact same driver for the ones that can secure print as those giving the error, so it can't be that. The corrupt user box that someone mentioned could be the problem, but nothing was mentioned about how to clean it up. I was going to talk to our Konica rep who is here now about the generic mode.

As was previously mentioned, doing a system reset procedure should correct the problem. This is a bit extreme in that it will clear out any and all user settings back to factory, along with any administrator changes and adjustments. All one-touch information will be lost, including boxes, the hard disk is formatted as part of this procedure.

Formatting the hard disk by itself without doing the above might fix the problem, affecting just user one-touches and user boxes.

Be sure to back up the one touches and any file contents within the user boxes that you may need (print them or download them to any PC). If doing a system clear, make note of any network settings like email or ldap or dns information.

After doing either procedure, upload the one touches and manually recreate the user boxes.
