[Misc] Cost control with Account Manager and Authentication Manager

Someone with six machines who wants to have a common copy/print plafond for all six machines - let's say 100$/mo for every machine instead of 100$/mo for each machine - what would need to be installed? Account Manager? Authentication Manager? Both?

Since one of the machines is a C252, I'm assuming Authentication Manager can't be used. But can the Account Manager be used to have a centralized plafond for each user?

Well this is indeed good to analyze first the two applications are based on the same only that PageScope Authentication Manager is more recent.(better support systems)

Also think I should discuss the cost of the license of Page Scope, but also should know whether to use any additional components for authentication, cost accounting, etc ... and finally should analyze the operating time to install and maintain. a small percentage, for printing would not be bad.
