Error C0301 suction fan. I have exchanged for another, new one turns very slow. Measures 5.1 volts red to black. Do they really drive this 24 volt fan with only 5 volts?

C0301: Suction Fan Motor’s failure to turn
Relevant Electrical Parts = Suction Fan Motor (M12) - Control Board (PWB-MC)
Just replace the fan for a new or another in good condition ---
M12 operation check = control signal =PWB-MC PJ13MC-7 (REM) - PWB-MC PJ13MC-9 (LOCK)
also check all conector and or power supply.
or Change PWB-MC.
