    IP Address issues

Help! Can't find IP address on Konica Minolta i5510. It is like it vanished. When I go to menu on copier under the settings the IP address is the only thing that won't highlight so I can't even access it to re-enter it. Or see if it changed to something else. Any ideas?

    Minolta DI5510/7210 Network Setting

as you say, on the copier: this is because some may never set.

    1. Setting on Control panel
First, set the copier's IP address on the control panel, to network the copier. If it has already been set, go to
    the next setting.
Step 1: Select "Key operator menu" on the control panel.
Step 2: Select "[1] System initial setting".
Step 3: Select "[3] IP address setting".
    Step 4: Enter [IP address],

If this menu is not displayed: try setting -----DIPSW 22-0 to 1-----.

    or consult this docs.

for PI7200 IP address config: consult PI7200 docs

        IP address issues

same issue here, I tried your instructions, but when I got to IP Address Settings, it's Vanished. I have an IP Address, but I cant communicate, I can't print to it, I can't access it, I can't even ping it. I've tried changing the IP but nothing happens.

I do not understand that you mean ... Vanished.

And if you are trying to print, you must configure the PI7200 this must be properly installed and only have to configure it.

This thread refers to the communication with a service port.

          That is you really do?.

If you have no knowledge of KM, call a technician.
